Shipping & returns

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country:

• Belgium: 5 euros
• Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany: 8 euros
• Spain and Portugal: 10 euros
• Other European countries: 18 euros

You always see the shipping costs at checkout, before you pay. Orders are shipped by post or by a private courier service.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation on market practices and consumer protection, the buyer has a right of withdrawal. For all non-personalised products, the buyer has the right to return the order without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

Within that period, the buyer informs Hippo Pharma that he wishes to return the product and follows any shipping instructions from Hippo Pharma. The buyer is refunded the purchase price of the product within two weeks of the return being received, provided that Hippo Pharma has received the item back in time and with sufficient postage.

Exception

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in article VI.47 for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
