General terms and conditions

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms of delivery and sale described below.

Guaranteed price

Hippo Pharma guarantees the prices displayed on the website. All prices include VAT.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country: 5 euros for Belgium, 8 euros for the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, 10 euros for Spain and Portugal and 18 euros for other European countries. They are shown at checkout, before payment. Orders are shipped by post or by a private courier service.

Orders

Orders are placed online. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Most products are available from stock. Your invoice, with all details, is included with the delivery.

Payments

You can pay with Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, PayPal or by bank transfer. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Mollie.

Disputes

Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court of the district in which the supplier's registered office is located. Only Belgian law applies.

Terms of use

Hippo Pharma delivers the products in accordance with the details provided by the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

Without prejudice to the exceptions and the further conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal set out in article 6.2, the consumer may withdraw from the purchase of the product. The consumer has the right to inform the company that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract.

Tolerance

Hippo Pharma vouches for the quality of the products supplied, but is not responsible for how well the products are tolerated or for any consequences thereof.

Guarantee

Hippo Pharma guarantees the quality and usability of the products supplied, as described in the manufacturer's product information. This guarantee does not apply if the defect is due to inadequate care, intentional damage or carelessness.
