How it works
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that helps produce serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates mood and promotes relaxation. A lack of L-tryptophan can lead to anxiety and restlessness, while supplementation helps the horse stay calm and relaxed.
Magnesium supports the nervous system and muscles. Deficiency can cause overactivity and tension. Magnesium helps calm the nervous system and reduces muscle stress, promoting a calmer state of mind.
This combination is especially useful in situations of increased stress, such as transport or unexpected visits, helping your horse remain relaxed, focused, and cooperative.
