Why electrolytes?
When a horse sweats a lot, during heavy work, exercise or high temperatures, it loses many electrolytes. After heavy exertion it is essential to restore the electrolyte balance, preferably within an hour of the performance. This keeps your horse fit for longer, helps it recover faster and makes it easier to cope with longer periods of intensive training, competitions and transport.
